Master your Inner Matrix and Transform your Future

A psychological intervention that combines principles from traditional chinese medicine and neuro-linguistic programming. Tapping sends calming signals to the amygdala, responsible for the fight or flight response. Emotional Freedom therapy is a new and emerging treatment that can release the energy blockages that are causing you to feel fear, anxiety or stress.

Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) is a highly effective form of counselling treatment that combines three elements; emotional, physical and cognitive. It is also known as tapping or psychological acupuncture. Insteading of using needles, tapping using your fingerstips allows kinetic energy to pass through specific meridian points that can clear emotional blockages and restore energy and balance in the body. Several studies have found EFT to be an emerging therapy effective in treating a wide variety of conditions including chronic pain, depression, stress, anxiety and PTSD.

Evidence from neuroplasticity and epigenetics suggests that there is a strong link between emotion and physiology which can enhance longevity, health, happiness and wellness (Shaffer, 2016). Symptoms of stress and depression can also lead to atrophy on the hippocampus (Sapolsky, 2000) therefore alternative treatments such as EFT is proving effective in treating psychosomatic symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Therefore growing evidence on brain plasticity gives people the unprecedented hope for self- empowerment and positive change (Shaffer, 2016).

EFT can also be integrated well with other therapies such as CBT and Mindfulness based therapies to clear negative symptoms and tune into positivity and vitality. It will allow you to get to the root of the trauma quickly, help you release emotional blocks, allow you to let go of limiting beliefs and connect you to your true authentic self.
